Each art piece is handcrafted from start to finish by me, in my home-based workshop and the expected delivery date is estimated. Due to the handmade nature of the product, items are non refundable and non returnable. On the rare occasion that you have issues with your order, please message me and I will be happy to work with you on a proper solution as necessary. 

I do not recommend outdoor use as they are not made to withstand outdoor elements.
